Essence Festival Get Away Updates & Reminders
Please note the following payment schedule for each traveler:
Deposits ($150) will not be received after March 31, 2010. All guests who wish to register after that date must pay 50% of the balance due for the trip.
Payment Schedule: Payment 2 Due April 1, 2010 50% of Balance, Payment 3 (Final) Due May 1, 2010 Full Balance.
For Guests Who Wish to Pay in Full before March 31, 2010, you received 10% off your trip costs. Once you make your payments (full or partial) You will receive the registration forms for you and your guests. All roommates must pay by the deadlines identified to fully reserve the rooms.
